1. What Cineva does

Cineva is an AI video generation studio. You provide a text prompt and reference media (images, and optionally a video); we send the job to a third-party video generation provider (such as Pika or Kling) and return the finished clip.

Template mode ("same-scene character swap"): the full template video is used as the reference for its original scene, motion and timing, and you upload your own character image. The AI reproduces the result as closely as possible, but a frame-for-frame identical copy is not possible and is never promised.

Actual charges follow the provider invoice. Points estimates shown in the studio are estimates; the final deduction is reconciled against what the provider actually billed.

2. Points and billing

$1 USD = 10 points. Top-up packs: $5 → 50 points, $10 → 100 points, $25 → 256 points, $50 → 525 points.

Each generation shows a live points estimate before you submit. Submitting holds the estimated points; when the job finishes, the hold is reconciled against the actual provider cost (refunded if lower).

Points are valid for 12 months from purchase. We send expiry reminders 30 days and 7 days before points expire. You may request a one-time 3-month extension per batch of points.

3. Pro membership

Pro costs $9.99 USD per month and renews automatically until cancelled. Pro includes: 15% off generation (85% of the standard points price), priority queueing, and 20 bonus points credited each month.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal. Bonus points follow the same 12-month validity as purchased points.

4. Referral program

Each account has a referral code. When someone signs up with your code and makes their first top-up: you earn 10% of their top-up in points, and they get 20% extra points on that first top-up.

Referral points are credited 30 days after the qualifying purchase. Each person can earn at most 500 referral points per month. Referral points have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

5. Acceptable use

You must have the rights to every image, video and prompt you upload. Providers run content review and may reject jobs (for example near-nudity or horror-style character images); rejected jobs are not charged.

Do not use Cineva to create misleading deepfakes of real people, or content that is illegal where you live. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

6. Commercial use

Videos you generate with paid points (including Pro membership generations) may be used for commercial purposes: advertising, marketing, client work, and monetized content.

Videos generated with free welcome bonus points are for personal and evaluation use. To use them commercially, top up points first — any commercial use of a welcome-bonus video without a subsequent top-up is not permitted.

You are responsible for securing any additional rights your commercial use requires (for example likeness rights for real people, trademark or music clearances). Cineva grants you no rights beyond the generated video file itself.

Template videos are provided by Cineva for the character-swap workflow; your commercial rights cover the output video you generate, not the standalone template assets.
