1. Unused points

Unused points may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. "Unused" means points that have never been held or spent on a generation job.

To request a refund, contact support from the account that made the purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

2. Used points

Points that have been spent on completed generations are non-refundable.

Failed jobs are never charged: any held points are refunded in full automatically, so there is nothing to claim.

3. Pro membership

Pro membership can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops the next monthly renewal. The current month's fee is not refunded on a pro-rata basis.
