Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account: your email address (for sign-in) and basic profile data created at registration.

Content you provide: prompts, reference images and videos you upload, and the videos we generate for you.

Billing: top-up and subscription records. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Technical: session data needed to keep you signed in and to operate the service.

2. How we use it

To run the service: sending your prompt and reference media to the video generation provider you selected, storing your jobs and points ledger, and processing payments and refunds.

To contact you: sign-in links, receipts, points expiry reminders, and important service notices.

We do not sell your personal data. Uploaded media is used only to fulfil your generation requests.

3. Storage and retention

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase for app data, Stripe for payments). Uploaded inputs and generated videos are kept so you can revisit your history; you may ask us to delete your content and account at any time.
